Great food is a universal language, and some of the best recipes are learned right at the source. On my travels across the globe, I step into local kitchens and take authentic cooking classes from the master home cooks and chefs who know these culinary traditions best.

I bring those exact techniques, regional family treasures, and rich cultural stories back to our 1850 farmhouse on historic Main Street to recreate immersive, multi-course dinner experiences. These exclusive events celebrate local connections—including special culinary tribute nights dedicated to St. Charles’ international Sister Cities: Ludwigsburg, Germany and Inishowen, Ireland.

From traditional Swabian delicacies and Wild Atlantic coastal dishes to global street food favorites, each event pairs scratch-made international dishes with custom signature cocktails, regional or international wines, and craft spirits from our bar—along with unique artisan finds from my travels available for purchase in our boutique.
